Booking Module

Description: The existing website is in wordpress. The client prefer to integrate all new features using wordpress but if you intend to develop it as custom php then it should be integrated in existing website very smoothly and should have flexibility to expand in future. Requirements: 1) Staff Roster: • Visible only to staff. • No link on website is [login to view URL] URl like [login to view URL] will be ok. • It will just show the name of the employee and the time they are working. 24Hrs a Day. • Admin will be adding weekly schedule at start of each week. It will often not change so so a copy feature would be good. 2) Live Calendar: • This calendar will show monthly view of booked and available dates. • By clicking on any date will proceed to booking form and payment for that date. • After booking that date will be marked booked on calendar automatically. • The rates for each date will be calculated as per set values by admin using admin panel. 3) Payment integration: • 2checkout needs to be integrated as payment method. 4) Clients / Agent Module: • This module will allow adding agents and generating agent promo code which will be used to identify agent at the time of transaction etc. • This module will also help to handle commission of agents and keep record of commission payments. • Admin will set commission for each agent at the time of generating promocode. • Admin will have ability to view commissions against each agent and pay directly and mark them paid in system for reporting purpose. 5) Promo Code Module: • We will develop a option for admin in which admin will be able to create promo codes with option like expiry date, discount amount or discount percentage etc. 6) Reproting Module: • This module will help to generate reports regarding sales per agent or by time etc. • The generated reports will be downloadable in pdf format also. TIMELINE: The time available for this job is two weeks and should be completed on or before march 8, 2013
