Assignment 'Checker' and basic admin panel

We're currently working on a new project to help 'newbies' make blogs/blog posts, and give credits/points to the users for successful entries. What this project requires: a 'User' control panel/members area (we can provide the template, but open to using one that you may have which may be easier/faster for you...): - where users would be able to log in (info stored in MySQL) - find tasks/'jobs' to post to their blog - once users complete the job they would update a form under that assignment with the url of their post, when they update this we scrape that url for key words that would tell us they've posted successfully - - if unsuccessful pop up an error message - - if successful, credit the user points specified by us as admins (see below), add to their total in MySQL, then remove this job from the current list of available jobs. an 'Admin' control panel: - where only admins can log in - search for users and display their info, including credits accumulated. - post new 'jobs' for the users to do...each job needs (stored in MySQL): - - brief description of what to write about - - a URL to go to to find more information about the job - - each job needs unique job ID number, which is created by the admin, but cannot be duplicated. - - text to scrape for, to determine if the user posted properly A bonus would be if you could create a wordpress theme for our members to use also, of course we understand this would be reflected in the bid. We are expanding, and workload has exceeded our current capacity...we need one more programmer for more long term work, based on successful completion and good 'chemistry' there will be lots more work in the future.
