Advanced PHP Script

I currently need a Twitter Account Creator script made for a new website I am making. If you are interested, I would be able to pay you for the script, as long as it has te following specifications. 1. Can properly create twitter accounts and save them in a .txt file 2. Uses deathbycapatcha support 3. Can use random info to create accounts ( so it runs automatically ) 4. Must have proxy support! 5. Should look nice 6. Should have a password system to be able to use the script! If you can make a script with the above specifications, I would be able to pay you for your time!
