Android and Facebook application

Need to create a very simple Android application linked to a Facebook application.
In one screen i must be able to:
-take a picture using the on board camera
-have a field where i can browse Facebook accounts looking for a specific account to link the picture
-the picture must be posted on the user wall only when the user accepts the installation of the Facebook application accessing some defined data
There is no need of a complex user interface by now.
Source code must be accessible at any stage.
