Access Database to Mobile Conversion

Conversion of an access database to a mobile application to allow a pricebook to be manipulated. Solution can be either web based and protected optimized for iphone or could be an iphone app. Bid will be awarded to best price and proposed solution. Web app will be necessary for management and printing, so using a web application will speed programming time. This database is currently 2.79 mb after 10 years of use, so do not expect large issues or complications. Current infrastructure is IIS/SQL and is available. Database will be made available upon award. It would be best if this will be accessible to any web enabled device and look and function clear on both android and iphone web browsers.
