C++ FTP Program

We had posted this before and assigned the project but the person delivered a program in C. This must be written in C++ and compiled from the command line with gcc on a Linux Debian Lenny box. No exceptions. We want an FTP program written in C++ that works from the command line. We want to use: address, user, password, local_path, start_of_remote_path as the parameters passed to this program. We want the program to connect to the address, login and traverse all directories starting at: start_of_remote_path and copy all the files, even hidden ones (.htaccess) to the: local_path in the same structure. The program should test for a time out error or some other disconnect and reconnect and then begin downloading again from where it left. Acceptable libraries: POCOLibrary, any curl library, recommend one... This must be written to be compiled with gcc. We do not want any ./make... And it must run on Debian Linux Lenny from a command line. If you cannot complete this in 5 days with the above requirements - PLEASE DO NOT BID!
