Debug/completion of PHP/MySQL ecommerce site

I need someone to analyse/debug/rewrite whatever code necessary on product catalog/cart/ secure server credit card detail gathering ecommerce site written in PHP/MySQL. Previous coder left project practically finished (I think) - last report from him was 'Having some trouble with credit card section'. Winning bidder will be required to give initial report of work required and the quickest deadline possible. This site is fairly substantial in functionality so **Experienced PHP/MySQL coders only** should bid!
