Create a pop up link working with PHP

This should be a very simple PHP project: I have a site were users can create their own personal dating account profile and post it on the web. I got this program from a company called boonex.com. On each profile there is a link where people can view the user’s videos by clicking “view video.?? I added a picture link on this page that says “View Video?? as well; but I can not get the link to pop up to see the video just like the other link on the page that says “view video.?? I can’t figure out what to put for the link source code.
