Community Site

I want to create a community based web site that will provide a collection of services using several different php scripts. I need someone who can implement an open-source CMS like phpnuke, mambo,xoops e107 etc… And integrate it with various other php scripts. You should be able to recommend the best CMS for my needs. The services will include: a magazine, a dating site, classifieds, and photogallery I own the dating script webdate by webscribble and a classified ads script by softbiz. For the photo gallery I intend to use coppermine gallery. I need these scripts and the CMS integrated so that they work together and handle members/subscriptions in a logical manner. All of these scripts use their own databases. I imagine some combining of databases will be necessary. I also need some customization of the dating script and it's database. I am a graphic designer with little html skill. So, this person must also be able to take my graphic/content layouts and implement them across the script templates. Additionally I also need some backend scripts installed. E.g. PHPlist mail manager, a bulletin board script and PHPadsnew- all open-source. I've tried to be very specific here.
