Joomla Template creation, adapt existing site (Vertex based)

We have an existing Website, which runs on Joomla 2.5 with a template based on "paradigm_shift" from Shape 5. This is a template based on their vertex framework. We have the request from our customer to make this existing website look like a website he runs. (He wants to buy a copy of our site and the online service we offer - and it should be in his company layout) So we need urgently a modified Joomla template, based on the vertex framework, that will adapt this customer site. We do NOT have source (code, graphics) from that site. But we can grab it from their existing site... Template should have a quality that the look and feel of the two sites is the same. It does not have to be a 1:1 copy! We need this to be finished this week, Saturday latest. We will provide links to source and customer site on request, we can't post them public...
