Develop Joomla component for tracking containers on website

Hi, We are looking for a Joomla component developer to develop a Joomla component for our clearing and forwarding website to track and trace containers on the way to it's destination. Attached are 2 files for your understanding what functionality we are looking for, if you have any question, please feel free to contact through PMB. If you are good with Joomla component and able to develop what we are looking for, there will be more work for you. We will not deposit or escrow any money, you have to show the component functionality at your server and once everything gone fine, we will escrow funds and your have to first install component to our website and also provide component final files for our record to release funds from escrow.
