Design and setup of Joomla (2.5) page - repost

I need a self employed, motivated joomla template expert with design expierences, who can work set up a yootheme template for the page to look good. Looking for someone to self-employed suggest how to design the site by placing modules, images, content in the right places. There is an example (old) page that can be taken as reference for content.
