Development of Form for entering codes

Overall:

The project is a form registration into a database.

Details:

Form fields:

- Name.

- Email.

- Mobile.

- A 6 digits numbers only code. We need to check that the code is obeying to certain conditions before accepting: there will be 3 ranges of numbers (in the config), and the number will need to be within those ranges.

Other:

- We will have both English and Arabic version of this form, so it will be great if you can set it up to work smoothly on both, with Text being in Locale folder.

- In order to avoid abuse, we will limit the number of codes submitted each day by a given IP to a parameter in config.
