Develop new website

I want a website developed that has the following capabilities: -a home page with a daily featured product and several other products that can be commented upon, and links or tabs to the following pages: --a page with a form where users register to post material to the site ---a page with a form where users can comment (and upload pictures) on any product currently listed on the site ---a page with a form where users can upload descriptions and pictures of products --a page with a form where clients register to have their products listed on the site ---a page with a form where clients upload descriptions and pictures of their product(s) The functionality will presumably programmed (or borrowing public scripts off the web) using Javascipt, PHP, python, or some combination thereof. Obviously there needs to be some kind of database that stores information on users, clients, the products posted (and their pictures), and user comments (and their pictures). I am aware that wikis provide at least some of the above features. If you can tailor a wiki to do everything listed above, that is an acceptable solution. Your code should be fully commented so I can follow what the scripts are doing. If you borrow existing scripts off the web, you must provide a reference to the URL from which they were borrowed. There should be space on the right hand side of each page for google advertising. I am NOT looking for graphic design for each page. I will provide that myself. I just need "barebones" pages with the indicated functionality. The winning bidder should have previous experience programming websites with forms and database holding user and product information, and MUST include links to one or more sites that demonstrate their experience in such functionality. DO NOT BID IF YOU DO NOT HAVE EXPERIENCE DOING THIS! I prefer to work with native English speaking providers, but all bids will be considered. If this project is successful, there will be future projects for the winning bidder to extend the functionality of the site. Thanks much!
