Design a website with the WOW Factor - repost

Attention please read before applying, only serious applicants will be considered Hi, I'm seeking an experienced web programmer to design and the ability implement an exceptional web site with that WOW factor. The website will be a unique in its own right but using a number of features from some of the below websites (further samples will be provided to the successful candidate) • [login to view URL] / [login to view URL] – The style & coolness • [login to view URL] – similar page & content layout • [login to view URL] – the ability to click on the menu and allows the page to scroll up & down There may be the slight possibility of the graphic design & flash but again this website must be original, the importance is capturing the layout and design and the second phase will be embedding the content. I would like the logo and side menu of eventually morph on to the page and stay static while the initial content will be able to scroll up and down on the page. Again if you have no experience do not apply as you will be wasting your time and mine, I can assure you will not be paid. This will be an ongoing project for the next 1.5 weeks and I have an expectation the successful applicant will be easily reached and reply to all of my requests in a professional and timely manner. I will be expected to have the ability to test the website extensively prior to launch. And most importantly good luck ;o)
