Debug DHTML Program

This is a project that should be bid upon based upon a max of 2 hours work. If it takes more than that then the coder obviously does not have the skills. An expert DHTML programmer may be able to fix it in 5 minutes. Here is a synopsis of the problem: I am using a dhtml image scroller to display images with a horizontal scrolling action. The scrolling is paused on a mouseover and a pop up message is displayed via another Javascript prog. The problem is with the positioning of that pop-up. Becuase the pop-up is displayed on a different layer than the scrolled images, we have not been able to properly place the popup which is essentially an image with text written over it. The problem can be seen at: [login to view URL] Hover you mouse over one of the scrolling images and notice how a "bubble" pops up with text in it. The bubble image is always placed at the mouse cursor position. The subroutine shows how to place the text at predetermined positions, but only for static images. The fact that the image is scrolling creates a problem that is the objective of this bid-request to resolve. The positions submitted do not properly position the bubble image, I presume because they are on a different layer. I am not a DHTML programmer and cannot figure out how to make this work. Please do not bother bidding unless you are very strong in dhtml, javascript programming. Please feel free to ask for clarifications. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform Linux
