I need a website where users can register and take backups of their databases

- User will provide all the login credentials of the database

- auto sign out after 15mins when user is inactive

- databases will be stored in our servers and in users download section

- auto kill the downloaded database file after 48 hours

- Admin panel with create user, delete user and delete database file and website under maintenance option
