Customer review site

I'm looking for developer who can build a "Review Site" for me, something similar to [login to view URL], [login to view URL] site. The site will be targeting on certain niche, so the functions will be a little different with some unique features. I prefer someone who have experience in building review site with admin backend support to do the job for me. Dealing with someone who doesn't have the experience in admin support is too time consuming and troublesome. I'll provide most of the site graphics and the layout design of main page & product page. Your job is to code the site for me and may need to do some graphics design and layout design for user space, search results and some other pages. Here's some of the site functions: (remember, this is not the final list, bid on price taking consideration that i might miss or ask for extra functionality within reason. I assume that you are experience in building review site and know what kind of functions would be involved in) 1)admin backend 2)search function 3)member system 4)user space 5)rating system 6)review system 7)comment system 8)price caching(must be familiar with amazon api) *some area need to be done in ajax. Although i put the price range of $300-$1500 due to restriction, my budget is tight for this project, below $1000. And of course, you can bid what you think it should cost. I'm no expert in programming languages, there is a lot of things i'm not aware of. I expect you to give me some suggestions and ideas. Be flexible and active in discussion, i'm sure there will be lots of discussions going in development. I'm looking to develop a long-term relationship with you after this project. I already found a dependable programmer to do small modify jobs for me, now i need someone who can do on a larger project. And i'm sure there will be more larger site need to be developed in future. -------- Timing -------- I'd like to see it completed within 8-9 weeks. -------- Paymnet -------- I don't pay upfront or put money in escrow in early development. But you can request up to 30% in escrow after showing me some progress(must be in clickable, functioning form). Final payment will be made after you upload it to my server and everything is working properly.
