Custom XML Feed Website w/ Frequent Updates & Unique Design

Hello, We are looking to have designed, developed and built a high end, top notch custom Ticket Sales website with an integrated XML data feed and many additional features like geo IP determination and other widgets that provide each user a custom experience. Our main objective is to instill trust and confidence in the surfer/customer immediately upon arrival at the home page with a very user friendly interface and lots of unique features. The XML data feed will provide all of the detail of the ticket inventory available and be on a live update. All purchases and billing will pass through to the partners site and be handled by them so we will not need ecommerce capabilities. We would like to deal with a provider who is easily available on a regular basis so that we can change the featured events on the home page regularly and possibly create some niche landing pages for certain events or sports categories like the NFL or Major League Baseball. We will provide the designer/developer with all of the necessary information and instructions on how to best create and integrate the data feed and how it will function best.
