Converting: 5 Star Rating to 10 Star (Fixing a code problem)

Hi, I have a script ready to make a rate&review site. The script use 5 star rating system. I have tried to convert it to 10 star rating system by myself. Status: Some changes would happen on Some php and css files, star images folder and js folder (rating) files. Total score not a problem in the new calculation. Given the average points score and the result can be seen, so if your score is less than 5:00, and scores and scores on the page can see the stars. But note that the range of 10 points is 5.01 with the average of these scores is also seen in the score sheets were supposed to come BUT NOT STARS. Consists of opening a box of stars and the stars should be in place does not come there. (Chrome and Explorer) or seems completely empty (at Mozilla). There is a lack of image files in the folder and the other does not, I think the problem interests with database, or css files, but I could not find a solution. Request: I want to see total point also as stars, no matter how many points. Epilogue: I have no idea about the fixing the problem and its pricing and/or fee, because I’m not even the beginner about scripting-developing. Waiting for your suggestions and your help. Regards.
