Converting Excel File into Online Application

We are looking to create an online application in our website from an excel sheet. The excel sheet is used to calculate specific results about some machine parameters. These parameters are calculated within the excel sheet and do not require external applications all is built-in in excel. The idea is to have a link in our website that will redirect to the online application, where users will be able to enter around 40 parameters of their machines and the application will provide the results based on the calculations provided in the excel file. The results will be around 5 parameters that should be presented in the [login to view URL] the application will have around 40 inputs and 5 outputs. The calculations are simple multiplications, additions, divisions and subtractions, also include interpolation of numbers among a table of values. The application should have three tiers. 1.- Allow to have a simple calculation done and ask for an e-mail address to see the results. 2.- Allow to have a simple calculation done and allow the user to create a profile (username and password) to create their statistics of calculations done periodically. What I mean is that it should allow the user to track the results of a machine over time and the results should be saved and retrieve easily. 3.- Allow the user to create records for multiple machines and to modify some of the standard information used in the excel sheet. The project should include the code to be not encrypted. Also it should include the graphic design of the pages using the design of our website which is very minimalistic.
