We need redesign a website we want use joomla, the site basically offers POBOX and package forwarding services, we need english/spanish interfase PM to provide the actual production websites (they will be identical) additionally to the redesign we need add a shopping cart e-commerce joomla modules integrated with the new design We ned Some additional Joomla customised modules -DHL and USPS Shipping rates calculator depending the country (api access provided) 2 PHP functions to add to our propietary system -Linkpoint Credit card processing module (to process onte time and recurring billing) -Paypal preauthorization module
