Code URLs to pick up value in URL used to visit site

Code URL on two pages in WordPress so they pick up a value that appeared in a custom URL that was used to visit the website. When custom URL is not used, the URLs use the default value.

Add the URL to the pages in the appropriate places. So the URLs are updated.

Implementation will be a cookie or other method.
