Clone Web Based Relational Database (PHP/MySQL/AJAX/OOP)

We are in need of a custom web based designed database. You are required to know AJAX/PHP/JQuery or Javascript (Protoype or other) and use OOP. A filemaker Pro database is already in use and can be used to recreate this into a web based database. To be considered for this job, you must be all of the requirements for technologies listed above as well as show examples of previous design work involving the above technologies. This is a 6-12 month project. You may handle this yourself or have a team handle it. You will need to assist in mockups and layout either before development or during development. The existing Filemaker database can be used as a basis for new design.
