Autosurf-UK Text ad exchange system

Autosurf-uk currently does autosurf exchange, YouTube exchange, twitter exchange, G+ Exchange and facebook exchange, and some other stuff! We would like to add a new feature that offers all the features of adleave.com. Users would be able to set up a text ad in the exchange, place some JavaScript code on their website to display other users in the same fashion that Google ad words would. For every 2 ads a user shows they would have their text ad shown on another user’s website. We do not want a whole standalone script. When the feature is inserted, existing users should not need to register. They should simply click text ad exchange on the left hand side and create there advert. They should also click “Earn text ad credits” on the top menu on our website to generate there display code. Basically it needs to remain completely consistent with autosurf-uks current layout and menu structure.
