Adding a scrolling banner to homepage

This is a very easy job, I just don't have the time at the moment to add this to the site. We built this website: [login to view URL] and we are wanting to add a scrolling banner to the bottom (the same as this website has done: [login to view URL]) We already have all the logos loaded into wordpress, and have the code to pull the images out and display them in the right dimensions for the banner - we just need someone to write/find some javascript code that will load the images the same as the Sydney Speedway website. The fix must work across all browsers. I will supply the php/wordpress query to load the images of all the sponsors and display the right size. Shouldn't be more than half an hours work for someone that knows what they're doing. Have attached a screenshot of what the box looks like where we want them to go (it is current hidden on the live site for obvious reasons)
