Add Review Stars to website and rating database

Hi, For our PHP site we want to add a 5 Star Rating System (following the specifications of [login to view URL]). Users must be able to rate a specific web page (user rating and editor rating) on our site. See also the enclosed screenshot. For WordPress there are a couple of handy plugins available like for example GD Star Rating ([login to view URL]), but we don't use WordPress for our site. We run our own custom build CMS based on PHP. So we need you to actually implement code that looks like GD Star Rating on our website (front-end). We also want you to write some code to make changes to the data stored in the database (SQL). When someone rates our page, one rating plus the exact number of the rating is written to the database. We want to be able to manipulate the data in the database our selves. This can be done manually and very easily. But ofcourse we want to automate this via a script that daily adds a random amount (between 1 and 30) of ratings with a random value (between 1 and 5. Sometimes 1 or 2 but mostly 3-5) to the database. A good example of the front end code can be found here: [login to view URL] The database randomizer is new and has to be written by you.
