ActiveX Uploader Prompt

We have an ActiveX uploader in <[login to view URL]>. Many people wont install it because they don't know they need to push OK for the security window. So we need some prompt/tutorial/visual cue to show that there is an activex uploader, and ther user should click a button as mentioned in the tutorial to install it. here's the flow of the program. if (browser == ActiveX compatible) { if (activeX program installed) { print activex upload form } else if (user using xp2) { prompt user to install activex uploader in xp2 } else { prompt user to install activeX uploader in non-xp2 environment } } else { print non activex upload form } I have attached some sample pages from other site. please view them and get an idea before bidding.
