Accounting solution for small businesses, simple to use

What we want to see is a site with basically similar functions and complexity as the one mentioned. Site must be scripted secure, created on a https site domain incl. site installation. Users have to sign up to use the accounting template. There will be no fee structure as of now. We also need an Administration account. Site basically will be a main page including a welcome text, some more explanations and a user login and signup. User sign up and can input their small business accounting e.g. in "Enter invoice" section they can type in all the data required which is on an invoice, such as date, costumer, invoice#, account, description, amount - then the user can save the data and it all goes into a database. The same procedure for income, other expenses, etc. Users also can create reports e.g. a income statement, monthly expenses, income,... PLEASE feel free to PM if you have questions. We are relatively flexible for suggestions and coding. Later on we want to convert it into German language - just as a note, not worry about right now. Again please see the example given in the beginning to fully understand what we want to achieve.
