Account Creator PHP/CURL

I require a PHP / CURL account creator for the Amaz*[login to view URL] Affiliate Program (affiliate-program.a*m*a*z*o*[login to view URL])

The end result should be a simple PHP file where I can enter the variables for the website name, category ID, email etc so that all you are doing is posting the correct data through each step to signup an account.

After registration it should also go to /gp/associates/apply/[login to view URL] and set the name & other info that I set in variables inside of the script.

This is not a massive job, no database, no fancy design, this will be used as part of a larger script so nothing fancy required, just the process itself.

The site does NOT require a captcha OR email verification for signup so this should be quite an easy job.

I have run the process manually and it is just 5 POST data pages including the additional requirement.
