AICC HACP Integration

This project is rather Urgent. We built a LMS that is SCORM 2004 compliant for one of our customers,? they host courses on this LMS for different clients. One of their clients would like to use their courseware but use their own Saba LMS, the communication between the courses hosted by our LMS and the Saba LMS, needs to be done using AICC HACP. ## Deliverables transcripts need to be saved in both LMS. We are doing the following: 1) When a course is launched from SABA LMS, the URL will provide us with the name and email of the learner. Our LMS will create an account on the fly for the learner if there is not one already created with that same email account. 2) When the course is closed, the system should send the transcripts to our LMS and the Saba LMS. We don't have much expertise using AICC, so we are looking for someone that can help us achieved the above.
