Custom CMS Telnet Communication Error

Hello. I have a shop system for an online game which doesn't work. The shop system has a search feature which lists different types of items available, the user must then choose which realm and which character he wants the items sent to. When the user purchase said item, a command is sent via telnet to the server application console which then sends the item to the specified character's mailbox with the item contained within. This system doesn't work as it is supposed to, the user doesn't recieve any items in-game. I need this fixed asap!
