Control Panel for MineCraft

Please read this carefully, as if you do not meet the requirements you will not be picked and if you are picked and the job is not completed properly, we will not use the product and you will not be paid for the time. Plain and simple make sure you can do this. I need someone to create a control panel for clients . this control panel will be for the game minecraft. It will need to run and work like McMyAdmin however, IT MUST NOT in anyway violate there license or copy any portion of there code or design. User will need to be able to start, stop restart the server, show if it running, view statistics and more. A full plan will be provided to you when the freelancer is selected. The software will need to be written and licensed as a closed source project . You must be able to maintain this after, on a monthly retainer which we will work out after the project and provide bug fixes. Any questions please PM me.
