Barcode system in PHP - links to gift card numbers

You are building a searchable php database of restaurant customers. Each customer will have a picture, name, email, address, address, (and similar fields) and a gift card number. Admin can search and sort by any of the fields to find a customer. When admin finds a customer, a barcode will appear in the screen for the giftcard. This is so the the barcode on the screen can be easily scanned instead of manually typing in the gift card number. This also helps the client because people often forget their gift card number is loss their cards. There is no fron end, just a backend admin for restuarant owner.
