Barcode Scanner - File transfer software

Barcode Scanner Software : Task: Scan bar-code associated with a file located on a windows pc hard drive. Transfer the file to an sd card with free storage space monitor. Would like to have a paper document with a bar-code. Once the barcode is scanned. a file associated with the barcode is transferred to an SD card / chosen location. Data organizing software needed for transferring documents to sd card / flash card. What would be ideal. to have documents with a barcode that can be scanned and the software will locate the file and send it to the sd card specific directory. for example a document is presented with barcode ---> scan barcode -- locates file C:\docs\[login to view URL] --- >Transfer file to sd card/ chosen directory. would like specific free space calculator so between 50-80mb is left free storage space., software would allow a barcode reader to scan a barcode from a document. then locate the file on computer harddrive and send to the proper file location. Also needed would be a way for the software to show a progress bar of how full the memory card is which is 2gb with 50mb needed free. I will be describing more details on what is needed. basically whats needed is a way to scan a barcode attached to a paper document and have the document send to a sd card /flash card folder. with a way to know how full maybe a queue system
