Page 1 – Home Page with Search and Login function: Search + Login Page 2 - Administrative Functions. Browse Items, New Item, Edit/Audit/Survey(Deactivate) Item (by asset #), Add/Change/Delete users’s. Differences between administrators and users, only administrators can add users, or survey items. Page 3 - Item Details: View details (see database list) + delete item + edit notes. View actions performed, every add/move/audit, and finally survey off item must be recorded with a username as to who did it. Page 4 - Search/Generate Report: Find based on Serial Number, Asset Number, Room Number, Employee Number, and Keyword. Lists, Asset Number, Serial Number, Room number, Short description.
