Directory Inclusions for Business Credit Card Page

I need someone to get 20 directory INCLUSIONS for a sub page of a credit card site I run, for business credit cards. These directories must have a home page PR of 4 or greater, and the page my link appears on must be PR1 or greater. I'll provide the link, link text, and description to use to the selected bidder.
