Need a reacurring Admin Billing System to use current Paypal business account! The sole purpose for this is to import current customers from our current billing system into this one, where Paypal is the only option. The features that we need it to have are the following: Batch Customer Uploads Ability To Set Daily Approved Processing cap (ie: we don’t want more than $3000 a day going thru paypal) Once a customer is approved for first billing, we want the system to automatically rebill him every 30 days, or until canceled. For Soft Declines (ie: non-sufficient funds response) auto reattempt on the 2nd or 16th of the month... Whichever is soonest Ability to see how many times each customer has been billed, and the ability to issue refunds if necessary Ability to add new customer information with First Name, Last Name, Address, City, State, Zip, and all other billing CC information. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law.
