Css Styling of Drupal Theme

I have a website which has been upgraded to drupal 7 and all the content ported, but the old theme (from the drupal 6 website) could not be upgraded, so a new theme (marinelli) was added but needs to have some css styles added. First I need to make the theme look like the [website one] I mention in the text file below. You must ONLY edit the css styles to make this change. Next you need to change the colours to make the website look like the colours of [website 2] in the text file below (the main folder not the subfolder where you worked) Next you need to add slider images to the marinelli slider and remove the images already there. Do not link the slider images to anything. Edit the stylesheet to remove teh grey bar that pops up with the image description - we don't want it to show. I have attached the 4 slider images below: Next add a orange bar over the top of the slider so it "floats over the top" and is like the orange bar in the attached screenshot. Do this with CSS styles. Next add a block to the website with a signup to the mailing list. This can be a webform in a block to collect the name and email. Finally go through the website. Check all links work, and all pages appear correct. It should have the same layout and menu as the existing site at [website 2] My budget is $75 - It should take 1-2 days.
