Create a Wordpress Template

I need someone that came make some basic changes/additions to a WordPress plugin called ProfitBay. This person needs to have experience creating or modifying WordPress Plugins and familiar with PHP code. You will need to be proficient in English and able to view the video explaining the project. Align/Move company footer to the left 3. Have two move Hyper links that will all be controlled by the plugin so that this is the final outcome below. Create two move dropdown boxes in plugin. Home | Terms of Service | Privacy | Contact 4. The "ENTER TEXT HERE" statement needs to be controlled by a box in the plugin, so that I can add text or HTML..
