Create a Wordpress Template

I need a simple Wordpress Website with a corporate look : 1. Homepage (2 templates design - boxed and whide) , About Us, Team, Portfolio, Photo Gallery, Contact Us. 2. Use a free Slider plugin on home page, free gallery and free contact form plugins. 3. Use stock photo for slider and images (i will provide this images) 4. Need to have layered PSD, Help file, Theme design. 5. Use shortcodes plugin. 6. Prepare the files to be ready, i need them to be uploaded on themeforest and ACEPTED !!!
