I have already created the HTML files, just need to change the HTML files to a wordpress website with some basic product buying and selling function. - Responsive website - Paypal function - Search function - Submit form function - Backend function for me to set price - not necessarily to be a plugin For more details specification, please check documents. I need it to look exactly like the html provides, except I want it to be responsive and display nicely on user's desktop (steps1-3).
