Browser windows inside a browser window dragable layers

Dear Freelancers, what is needed is a browser window with links, the links could possibly be within a side frame window. When opening the link the page will open as a layer in the main window. So the main window can hold many layers. So if you open many links, you will have many layers as smaller rectangle windows that are draggable, resizable, closable etc. The layers should be draggable. The code should define the size and the position of the window. Maybe its even possible to have a smart way to arrange smaller windows on the page automatically
