Our firm is seeking proposal from freelancers with a very good track record of delivering on time, within budget and with the impeccable quality for one of the several projects that have been identified for expedited development. The functional requirements is attached with this proposal. You will be given database design (once the work is awarded), work flow (for the complex ones) HTML pages which will take take off significant effort and will get you started on coding as quickly as possible. Technology Stack: LAMP We would like to get this work completed with zero defects in about 8 weeks time from the time of awarding this project. Decision would be made no later than May 30, 2014. The expectation is the selected freelancers provided warranty support for defect fixes, minor changes for a period of 4 weeks post official sign off by our firm. We would like to have a weekly checkpoint to see how things are coming along. This is going to be Fixed Price engagement and the payout will be tied to key milestones. 20% of the agree price will be paid when you start the work and 20% will be paid post warranty period. The rest 60% will be based on reaching milestone with the desired quality. The freelancer is also expected to assist our team in deploying the code base to our Development and Quality Environment. All source code and projected related artefacts should be handed over at the time of end of warranty period.
