Add back my sell terms box when enabled

Will do 1 milestone of $25.00 for 0-day bid ( 1 hour max ) and released after completion and working..Bid what is requested so i can hire you.. I had the sell terms box removed a while back on my sell page..Now i want it back,not sure how it was done,,it should show there as seen in 2nd shot when i enable from admin side and when enabled it must be checked before adda listing as that is how this would work....If you can figure it out message me..
