DJ website update and possible maintenance contract - repost

Dear Freelancer, we are looking for someone to replace our Website Admin to do regular content updates, keep the site up-to-date in terms of software and security. To start with we have some items to be changed and if we are satisfied with the timeliness of your work and quality then we can cooperate further for this and maybe other website. Please clean up the modules section to have only the working ones remaining - Virtuemart is installed but not configured. The coruses need to be listed in VM and the payment options need to be specified: -- CreditCard -- Paypal -- Bank transfer - Delete payment option "cash after the course"...in the current dialog. maybe you keep it but disable it...maybe we want it back later - The footer image has a mouseover effect with swaping images which does not preload the images. For performance optimization this needs to be fixed - DJ Assessment email link to the actual page is not working. called "Apply to this club" should point to "Services/Club Application - DJ Assessment email TO is working to me but the BCC to the club manager not - Page loading: Menu bar comes somehow last. can you change the loading order and optimize the overall loading speed please - HTML errors from [login to view URL]: Sure you cannot find the issue? Its on each page...so it will be in the footer or in a general component as google analytics or so....sure you will find it....trace back from the output HTML code please.
