Creative Programmer / Web Designer needed full time. *** Please provide past examples of work (and CV if avail)*** Are you a good programmer as well as being very good at graphic design?? We require someone that can handle excellent programming with creative fresh design at the same time. Please do NOT bid if you do not possess both skills personally. We ARE NOT looking for a team that can cater for everything with multiple people involved. Please bid for a Per month contract. Multiple websites will need to be project managed per month. 20 projects lined up for the next year or so. These include: - Re-skining websites/software. - Redesigning logos and graphics on existing websites. - Complete New builds from specs. Specs will evolve so initiative is needed. We expect you to add your own design and programming into sites to make them better. Experience on installing programs/software on servers is needed. You will need to be able to commmunicate online all of the time in english. Bonuses will be provided when expectations are excelled and on every website spec completion. Our websites all evolve over time so new parts sections will be added. i.e websites will never be finished but you will be paid on each stage of completion. A long long term relationship is sort. Extra info: Domains and hosting are provided by us. Software for all of our websites are already provided where needed. **Important** This is an introductory post and is contains many projects lined up. If we are impressed in the 1st month then lots more work will follow.
