Digital Download script Needed

We require a website that allows models to open their own mini shop where they can sell digital and physical goods using paypal. Each shop will have a profile of the model. The admin will collect a %commission from every item sold from all shops. The front end would have all of the shops visible, visitor can click on a shop and then browse though items and purchase if wanted. models can upload pictures and videos of themselves to their shop. models can also sell physical items that they will arrange to post. visitors can chat to models using a live help system if the model is available or leave a message if offline. we require full admin. any questions please let me know
