Development of plugins/hooks and a theme for IP.Board.

We firstly need [login to view URL] themed. What we want requires creation of a new theme within the system and then heavy modification of the templates. For any freelancers who are skilled in PHP, HTML, and CSS this can be accomplished easily without prior knowledge of [login to view URL], although some studying of their knowledgebase may help. Plugin wise, we need a couple of plugins developed, [login to view URL] hooks may suffice rather than developing an entire application, but I'll leave that up to the Freelancer to decide. Firstly, we are a gaming clan that uses a military style ranking system within the clan. We use TeamSpeak for comms and show our ranks in TeamSpeak. What we need is an admin area for promotions, demotions, and member rank management. This area would need to integrate with our TeamSpeak using a PHP class that will be provided. In all reality, much of the TeamSpeak integration work is done from a connection and control standpoint. The Freelancer would just need to connect into the provided class from the [login to view URL] hook/application and make the requested functions work. I am willing to work with the Freelancer over Skype to answer all questions, help with integration of the TeamSpeak system, and anything else. Compensation will be very good.
