Develop a PHP Free-Classified site

We are going to create a php free classified [login to view URL] this domain [login to view URL] We will provide all the designs, developer will create the site, databases, and make it fully operational. This will be a typical free-classified site in which anyone can place free ads, provided they register (email, password, and anti-spam form)and verify the registration link via email. After they confirm their email they are ready to place ads. These ads will be for now only in Panamá (Central America). So, programmer will program it for Panama now. In each ad, they will have the option to choose a location (county only Panama, province, and location). This can be done using Google maps, with a map in each post. When they subscribe they automatically are register for the [login to view URL] newsletter. This newsletter will be using PHList free software. On the home page people can register to the newsletter too. This software will be installed and activate on the server by programmer. There will be a maximum size picture someone can add. The home page can be change from admin, same as sections and sub-sections, The home page will have on the center all the categories and subcategories and at the bottom, the new adds that people place. Also can see the “most view” and/or latest post These theme and site will be optimized for cell access, and it will have full social integration like facebook and twitter. It will be in spanish only, there will be a maximum of 1 free ad per person that they can post, or email, and the top three post in each sectio will be sponsord ads.
